Our Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your order, Godsend Studios will gladly accept returns of unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged or defective Godsend Clothing merchandise with all tags attached in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original shipment date.

Once the Godsend Clothing order is received and inspected by Godsend Studios, we will process the refund if return is acceptable, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that approved returns will be issued refunds minus the shipping fee and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items marked final sale/clearance may not be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
Contact us at info@godsendstudios.com with your name and order number and we will be happy to process an exchange for Godsend Clothing merchandise. Once your order is received and inspected by Godsend Studios, we will process the exchange and ship out the new product within 5-7 business days. Godsendstudios LLC does not offer returns nor exchanges on any customized apparel that is designed and/or produced. All custom design work is approved via email based on layout and specs prior to production and is final.

International Orders
We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges on international orders.
